How to Honor our Leader Dr. Martin\u00a0Luther\u00a0King Jr<\/a>.?<\/p>\n

Reflect on the original, \u201cI Have A Dream Speech”<\/a> or read\u00a0our\u00a0USA\u2019s President Obama’s Proclamation, stated here in<\/a>;<\/p>\n

\u201cDr. King devoted his life to serving others, his message transcends national borders. \u00a0The devastating earthquake in Haiti, and the urgent need for humanitarian support, reminds us that our service and generosity of spirit must also extend beyond our immediate communities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some of you may remember being at World Team Now<\/a>\u2019s 2008 event<\/a> in Central Park to promote green jobs with CPDSA<\/a>, when we wore the green ribbon while skating in the rain for our friends at \u201cGreen for All\u201d .\u00a0 They have a great new green video\/ song<\/a> in our leader MLK\u2019s honor.<\/p>\n

Here is another creative hip hop, \u201cI Have A Dream,\u201d song \u00a0& video<\/a>, that powerfully communicates his words and spirit.<\/p>\n

Look for World Team\u2019s song\/video in the near future; the last lines are:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt takes believing in a team to change the conscious stream,<\/p>\n

It\u2019s now; it\u2019s time to focus like a beam,<\/p>\n

In summation the dedication, of the nations: \u00a0education,<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to make a change, and rearrange<\/p>\n

A shift of power, now\u2019s the hour<\/p>\n

For peace, a big release<\/p>\n

World Team, it\u2019s a dream<\/p>\n

And for Finality, in Actuality, \u00a0be- “Reality”<\/p>\n

Let’s tell-a-vision\u2026\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Universal dream, like a– World Team.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a91991<\/p>\n

For me, it was a dream to be at COP15, standing in the vision for World Team, as a journalist and an honor to participate in the global conversations about our future. I’m inspired to use my voice , use the word for global change.<\/p>\n

May it be the greatest honor to use our life force to live the dream of freedom. \u00a0May the spirit of MLK live on in our souls.<\/p>\n

With the international emergency in Haiti President Obama asks all Americans who want to contribute to do so, through The White House\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
