• You need a Raphs Card. If you do not yet have a Ralphs REWARDS card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Ralphs.

• You can register online at www.ralphs.com. by following the online registration instructions below. Be sure to have your Ralphs REWARDS card handy and register your card with World Team Now as your charity of choice after you sign up. You can view the Program FAQ for Frequently Asked Questions on the program.

• You can register at the store with a scanbar letter. You can click here to contact us for a hardcopy of the letter. Just take the copy to the store the next time you shop and scan it within your order along with your rewards card or phone number and you will be linked with your organization for the duration of the current term.

• REMEMBER, purchases will not count for World Team Now until after you register your card and associate it with World Team Now as the charity of choice.

• Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-660-9003 to get your REWARDS card number.

• You must swipe your registered Ralphs REWARDS card or use the phone number that is linked to your registered Ralphs REWARDS card when shopping for each purchase to count.

Online Registration Instructions

 

 

IF YOU ARE ALREADY AN ONLINE CUSTOMER

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click Sign In

3. Enter your email address and password

4. Click on your name (In the top right hand corner under ‘Welcome Back')

5. View all your information and edit as necessary

6. Link your card to your organization by clicking on:

a. Community Rewards – Re-enroll

b. Type your NPO number or name of organization

c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations' name

d. Click on ENROLL to finish your enrollment process

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click on ‘No Account? Register' (top right hand corner)

3. Follow the easy steps to create an online account

4. You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account

5. After you confirm your online account by clicking on the link in your email,
   return to www.ralphs.com and click your name (you may have to sign in first).

6. View all your information and edit as necessary

7. Link your card to your organization by clicking on:

a. Community Rewards - Enroll

b. Type your NPO number or name of organization

c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations' name

d. Click on ENROLL to finish your enrollment process
