The Sunset Restaurant is nominated as, “The Best Venue” in LA!
Since our 2007 Gala dinner at The Sunset to announce our long term installation plan to demonstrate a solar energy project, and launch a public commercial campaign and education program, the restaurant has been a non-stop winner.
Of course it’s really due to the owners’ vision, management, chef, events team, staff, interior design, Feng Shui of the place, local & global clientele, and of course it’s number one location, being on the beach at Malibu’s Zuma Beach near the sacred Point Dume. It’s iconoclastic location, surrounded by raw earth cliffs behind and the vast ocean in front — amidst nature — is rare in LA, where it is the only commercial building, solo, on the beach, for an exclusive meeting with nature. You cannot beat this location for seeing sunsets, dolphins and whales breaching while dining. So please do your part to support our World Team Now’s chosen venue, and vote here.
Beginning in 2007 The Sunset Restaurant has been on the rise, it was voted Best Southern California Beach Destination Wedding Venue by WE Entertainment, Los Angeles (City)’s, 2008 it won Best of Project Wedding, 2nd Best Wedding Venue, Fox LA. This is again largely due to the owners “consciousness”, and their values. Let’s help them to win “The Best Venue” in LA. Many remember that they hosted a wonderful event at their venue, in support of World Team Now, and our location for World Team Now’s first solar installation.
